Early Care & Education Center
This project includes the design and construction of a Child Development Center in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The mission of the Child Development Center is to provide a high-quality early childhood program in a safe and nurturing environment that promotes each child's individual development while being responsive to the family's needs. Careful attention was given to the layout of the Facility, meeting the needs of the teachers, children, parents, and administrators.
The Center is approximately 15,000 SF and can serve up to 152 children, ages birth through six years. The lobby/reception desk is an open area for administrative space and information displayed to keep parents informed, as well as display arts and crafts made by the children. The floor plan allows wonderful outdoor viewing opportunities with picture windows and glass doors with glass side panels. Specific areas of the Facility include the following:

Supporting features include new sanitary sewer utilities; general site grading and excavation; communications support; asphalt parking; concrete drive, curb, gutter, sidewalks, retaining wall, trellis, landscaping; and miscellaneous site work to provide a complete and useable facility. The Facility includes High Performance and Sustainable Building features and is ADA compliant.
